Producing:
I am a skilled organiser and enjoy the pre-production phase of projects. I had the opportunity to produce a short narrative film, "Delinquent" (2024). I worked on this project from conception to pitch to showcase and the experience has shaped my future goals.
In this role I... developed the pitch then successfully green-lit the project, assisted with script development, established deadlines and scheduling, attended pre-production meetings with executive producer and director, assisted with the casting brief, scheduled auditions & table reads, communicated with cast & ensured a good relationship was maintained, researched locations & attended recees, communicated clearly with crew & maintained a productive and enjoyable environment, fundraised the budget, ran the social media page, created a schedule that adhered to all requirements, worked closely with the first AD to develop call sheets, risk plans and other paperwork.
This role was the most challenging yet rewarding experience of my career so far. I learnt a lot about film, crews and myself. I received positive feedback from crew on this film and thoroughly enjoy producing it.

First AD:
A collegue once told me I'd make a great first AD. At the time I had no idea what the role consisted of but have since learned that I do love it. I had the opportunity to be first AD on a music video, "Horsy" (2024) and a short narrative, "Sounds of a Shootout" (2023). Both of these experiences allowed me to strengthen my management, administrative and leadership skills. I am thankful for my work experience having been a sports coach for many years, I feel comfortable working with groups and have strong communication skills. I would like to pursue this role more in the future.
